Please read these policies carefully. By using the services provided on TIZOSkin.com, including purchase of TIZO products, you agree to these policies.
This website is intended for and directed to residents of the United States. At no time will TIZOSkin.com ship outside of the United States. TIZOSkin.com does not ship to APO/FPO, PO Boxes, U.S. Territories or to international addresses. TIZOSkin.com does not accept international credit cards, even if the shipping address is in the United States.
Maximum Purchase Policy. Orders placed on TIZOSkin.com are limited to 3 units per product, with a maximum allowable purchase of $300 per order. Placement of multiple orders with the intent of exceeding these limits is not allowed, and such orders will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to limit the available quantity or discontinue the availability of any product; to impose conditions on the honoring of any coupon, discount or other promotion; to bar any user from making any transaction; and to refuse to provide any user with any product. We do not accept orders on this website from dealers, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell items that are offered on TIZOSkin.com. Your placement of an order does not necessarily assure that we will accept your order. The receipt of an e-mail confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order.
Return Policy. Returns are allowed within 30 days of shipping. If you are not 100% satisfied with your TIZO purchase, please email us at info@tizoskin.com. Please include your order number in the subject of your email, and a detailed description of the problem in the email body. A customer service representative will be in touch with a solution. You are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is a result of a product defect or our error. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges (if applicable) unless the return was a result of a product defect or an error.
